Since we founded Hopes & Dreams in 1999, we have been doing just that: helping over 4,243 children and their families so far.
We exist to deliver on our Vision of creating Happy Children, Positive Futures. Our fantastically dedicated staff is passionate about making your child’s nursery experience a fun and happy one. We also plan for your child’s development with a wide variety of exciting activities both indoors and outdoors, including trips and outings to engage, inspire, challenge and support your child’s development.
But it’s not just about your child. We want to look after you as well. That’s why our base standard is All-Inclusive, with nappies, wipes and all your child’s food taken care of. We do this so you can spend more time playing with your child and by using the best in current technology, we ensure you stay connected with your child’s development journey.
Happy Children, Positive Futures is our simple focus that drives everything we do. We work hard to ensure that your child’s care and development needs are met and build a relationship that supports you and your family during your child’s early years.

Finding Our Core Values
Our story starts in 2014 with a book called Delivering Happiness by Tony Hseih, the former CEO of online shoe and clothing company Zappos.
Zappos built a successful business by focusing on customer satisfaction, involving their whole staff in identifying, defining and agreeing on their Core Values, focusing on everything from recruitment and performance management to reward structures, customer interactions and corporate strategy.
Working for Zappos became much sought after, and they were able to recruit the very best people whose behaviours supported and drove the Zappos Core Values. As a result, customer satisfaction soared.
We were encouraged to spend some time exploring what the Hopes & Dreams Core Values look like. In a moment of inspiration, the phrase Happy Children, Positive Futures was put forward and unanimously adopted. It is brilliant in its simplicity and an accurate description of why Hopes & Dreams exists.
So, in 2014 we embarked on our Vision & Core Values journey, and provided each member of staff our ‘Bringing Our Core Values to Life – A Guide for All Team Members’ handbook.
